Early Childhood Family Education

Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) offers a variety of classes for parents and children to come together to connect as a family, discuss topics relating to your child’s stage of development, and meet other families.

Classes are available for families with infant, toddler, and preschool age children.

Childcare is available for siblings not enrolled in classes, unless noted.

Do you have a new baby? Congratulations!

Owatonna ECFE and Steele County Public Health would like to invite you and your baby to a free weekly class and drop-in experience. Stop in to connect with other new parents or to address your questions and concerns about your newborn. Childcare is available onsite for siblings. No registration required!

Public Health Nurses will be available to weigh your baby plus discuss feeding and any other health concerns you may have.
