School Year SAC

The school year is a time for growth, and our School Age Care (SAC) program is here to make it amazing! We provide a relaxed, enriched, and trusting atmosphere where kids can pursue their interests, build lasting friendships, and grow in confidence.

Ready to join us? Registration is now open to current families for the 2026-2027 school year. Please note that all families must re-register annually; spots are not guaranteed! New families may register on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 6 AM. 

Program Dates & Hours

• Dates: September 2, 2026 – June 4, 2027

• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-time contracts only)

New Tiered Pricing & Rates

We’ve updated our schedule to give families more flexibility! Costs include an annual, non-refundable $35 registration fee (charged upon contract acceptance) plus your daily care fee.

Morning Care Options:

• Early Start: 6:30 am – 8:00 am | $6/day

• Late Start: 7:15 am – 8:00 am | $3/day

Afternoon Care Options:

• Early Pickup: 2:40 pm – 4:30 pm | $6/day

• Full Afternoon: 2:40 pm – 5:30 pm | $12/day

Non-School Days:

• Full Day Care: $45/day (Includes all activity fees!)

• Pre-registration is required for these days.

Weather Updates

• Inclement Weather: 

  • Full day Care: We will no longer offer full-day care on snow days. 

  • Late Starts: On 2-hour weather delays, SAC will open 2 hours late.

  • Early Release: If school closes early for weather, SAC will close at 4:30 pm.

Reminder: We utilize full-time contracts, meaning families are charged for their scheduled days regardless of attendance.
