School Year SAC

The goal of our program is to provide a relaxed, enriched, and trusting atmosphere where children are encouraged to pursue their personal interests, develop friendships and grow in confidence and respect.

Costs include an annual, non-refundable registration fee plus a weekly care fee.  

School Year SAC will be in session September 4, 2025 -June 4, 2026. There will be no care on Friday June 5, 2026. Care will be provided Monday-Friday.  We do have only full time contracts for our School Year Program.  Families will be charged everyday whether the child is there or not.  

New this year we are requiring families to add an auto debit to their account for payments.

Morning Care:  Families choosing morning care will pay a fee of $6/day/child.  Morning SAC runs from 6:30-8:00 am.
Afternoon Care:  Families choosing afternoon care will pay a fee of $12/day/child.  Afternoon SAC runs from 2:40-5:30 pm.

Non-school days cost $45/day/child this includes additional activity fee. Families must pre-register for care for these days. 

Registration is now open to all families for the 25-26 School Year. All families must re-register, no family is guaranteed a spot.

Dates of Service:  September 4, 2025 - June 4, 2026.

   $35.00 family registration fee (charged at the time of contract acceptance)

   $6.00/day/child for Morning SAC   6:30 am - 8:00 am

   $12.00/day/child for After School SAC   2:40-5:30 pm

   $45.00/day/child for Non-School Day Care (Activity Fees included in daily care fee)

New for 2025-2026: 

No Snow Day Care will be provided due to lack of past participation in this care option.

Invoices will run as normal on Mondays, however, payments will be removed from accounts on Fridays to better line up with pay days for parents.
